Service Description

Join Kilkenny for a luscious & accessible tantric yoga practice, breathwork, meditation and insight practices to draft off this auspicious moment of the year. We will create intentions of balance and unlock abundance codes within ourselves and our lives! Bring a yoga mat, journal and any small item that represents balance to you (i.e. a leaf, flower, picture, candle). Be prepared for some serious inspiration and joy. 12pm - 2pm.
